Suspicion, Success, and Sustainability

This informative talk gives audiences a better understanding of the dance between businesses, environmental groups, and government agencies that has come to define the environmental movement in the United States since the 1960s.  A particular emphasis is placed on how the environmental movement has impacted business decision-making--leading companies as far-reaching as WalMart and Ford Motor Company, and business sectors as diverse as golf courses and dry cleaners, to publicly address environmental management and sustainability issues.
